Aziz Rahimtoola is the CEO, co-founder, and board member of Sabio Holdings Inc. (TSXV: SBIO, OTCQX: SABOF). Sabio Holdings is a technology and services leader in the fast-growing, ad-supported streaming space. Its cloud-based, end-to-end technology stack works with top blue chip global brands and the agencies that represent them to reach, engage, and validate streaming audiences. With more than 24 years of experience in the TV and mobile advertising tech industry, Aziz has held leadership roles at multiple media and telecommunications companies, such as NBC Universal and AT&T Adworks. Prior to Sabio Holdings, Aziz was the SVP at Opera Mediaworks, where he helped foster revenue and product innovation. His previous startups included companies in the media production and global trade space. Aziz holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and daughter.
Paula Madison is chairman and CEO of Madison Media Management LLC. An American journalist, writer, businessperson, executive, she is the recipient of several notable awards and accolades. She’s previously been named one of the most powerful African Americans in corporate America by Black Enterprise magazine and was included in Hollywood Reporter’s “Power 100.” She has four decades of experience in media management, C-suite management, and proven leadership at global companies, such as General Electric and NBCUniversal. She is also the former owner of the WNBA basketball team, the Los Angeles Sparks.
Carl Farrell is an accomplished global executive and board member with a portfolio of working with successful and innovative technology companies on a global scale. He is a proven leader who has held many senior positions where he delivered growth and value by bringing new technologies to market in large and small organizations. Past positions include being chief revenue officer of SAS Institute and more recently, president of Altus Group. Carl now spends his time as an investor in early-stage companies and sitting on the board of select companies in Europe and North America.
Muizz Kheraj has more than two decades of experience in technology, both as a software engineer and as an experienced advisor, supporting the capital market needs of middle-market entrepreneurs. He has held leadership roles at various technology and digital media start-ups and currently holds active board advisory roles within numerous bleeding-edge technology firms. He has led, managed, and closed an aggregate of more than $1 billion in transactions in the technology sector. Muizz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, a Master of Science in electrical engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
A 25-year industry veteran, Jennifer Cabalquinto is currently the chief financial officer of 2K. Her prior experience includes being the CFO and special advisor of the Golden State Warriors. As a senior finance executive, Jennifer has a strong track record of maximizing enterprise value by optimizing financial operations. She is known for implementing and continually improving processes, controls, and strategies to provide a solid financial foundation on which companies can grow. Her career has steered the corporate finance function within start-up, turnaround, and rapidly expanding environments spanning sports and entertainment industries. Jennifer serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of Oakland, KQED and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the audit committee for Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP). She is on the advisory board for San Francisco State University’s College of Business and SUNY Binghamton’s School of Management. Jennifer earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from SUNY, Binghamton’s School of Management. She and her husband reside in Oakland with their son.
As president of GroupM multicultural, Gonzalo Del Fa plays a key role in all aspects of multicultural marketing, diverse media, and inclusive investment efforts across GroupM. In his role, he provides clients across GroupM's Mindshare, Wavemaker, and EssenceMediacom agencies with dynamic guidance and strategic programs to support endemic and diverse-owned media.
He's been recognized as one of the most influential Latinos in New York by El Diario (2018), named one of the 20 Most Influential Latinos in Marketing and Media (2022), and recognized as an Icon by the Ad Club of NY (2023). Over the past decade, he has also been nominated for or been the recipient of numerous accolades including Media Maven of the Year (2014), Crain's Visionary Award (2016 nominee), Executive Leadership Award (2017), and AdWeek Stellar Marketing Execs of the Year Awards (2019).
Del Fa first joined the GroupM family in 2003 as managing director of MEC Argentina. In addition to his role at GroupM, he is the past-chairman of the Hispanic Marketing Council. Prior to joining GroupM, Del Fa worked at American Express Argentina, BBVA, Hachette Filipacchi, and Editorial Televisa.

As chief financial officer, Sajid Premji is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization. He joined Sabio with more than 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and capital markets in both Canada and the United States. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA). Before joining Sabio, Sajid spent several years in the audit and assurance practice at a national public accounting firm in Canada and in the internal audit group at TD Bank Financial Group. Most recently, he held a senior-level position in the financial crimes compliance function at TD Securities (USA) LLC, a leading New York City-based investment bank and registered broker/dealer. Sajid resides in New York.
As co-founder, Joe Camacho is responsible for overseeing the expansion of markets outside of the U.S. Prior to this role, Joe served as Sabio’s chief marketing officer where he oversaw marketing strategies for Sabio brands. Joe is a seasoned executive with production and sales experience that ranges from network broadcast television to mobile. Prior to joining Sabio, Joe was CMO of Latin American Multimedia Corp. He is an alumnus of San Diego State University’s School of Communication and Graduate School of Business. A Marine Corps veteran, Joe currently resides in Los Angeles where he invests much of his free time hiking and exploring the Gold Coast’s local beaches and mountains with his wife and two children.
As executive vice president of product, Simon Wong is responsible for leading the company’s product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap. Simon's past roles have ranged from advertising operations and ad support to sales and business development. Since joining Sabio in 2016 as the director of advertising operations, Simon has been instrumental in Sabio’s product strategy, helping the company transition from offering only mobile advertising to CTV/OTT advertising too. An industry expert in the ad tech space, Simon also partners with key leaders to drive integrations and operability in the ecosystem. Simon lives with his wife and two children in Brooklyn, NY.
Helen Lum is executive vice president (EVP) at App Science®, one of Sabio Holdings’ subsidiaries. As EVP, she oversees all company business and growth strategies. Helen first joined the Sabio Holdings organization as a Sabio employee. As one of the first employees at Sabio, Helen has been an integral part of the company’s growth. Prior to her role as EVP, Helen helped build and manage Sabio’s global account and campaign management team, where she worked to integrate teams and improve processes for delivery of proposals, services, and insights for clients. She had a major role in facilitating the expansion of the company’s proprietary technology capabilities and launched the media-agnostic SaaS platform, App Science. She has more than 10 years of robust digital media and campaign management experience. Before joining Sabio, Helen assisted in spearheading the first mobile retargeting campaign in the industry and led campaign management teams at companies such as OperaMediaworks (AdColony) and Conversant. A native of Michigan and graduate of the University of Michigan, Helen now enjoys her warm SoCal lifestyle. She enjoys traveling and visiting LA’s newest restaurants.
Liz is Sabio’s executive vice president of strategy and business development and is responsible for strategic business development across sales, product, and marketing. A sought-after business executive and thought leader in ad tech and marketing, Liz has leveraged her expertise in global and multicultural markets to lead innovative business launches across multiple platforms. She launched The Wall Street Journal International and Fortune Magazine in Latin America and then quickly established herself as a digital trailblazer by spearheading the creation of Yahoo's Hispanic division. Liz’s impressive track record includes leadership roles fostering innovation at industry leaders such as iHeartMedia, Telefonica, impreMedia, and TelevisaUnivision. Most recently, she has applied her knowledge and expertise to advise early-stage tech startups at the convergence of technology, entertainment, and content. Liz lives in New York with her husband and son.
As senior vice president (SVP) of engineering, Jason Tong is responsible for leading the engineering teams in California and India. He has been instrumental in the organization’s growth, especially in the development of our programmatic technology and App Science platform. Jason has more than 10 years of experience in mobile marketing, and he has extensive knowledge of ad serving, action tracking, and reporting. His specialties include LAMP, RTB, Ad network, performance marketing, and programmatic marketing. Jason attended California State University, Hayward and enjoys playing badminton.
As corporate secretary, Kendra is responsible for liaising between Sabio Holdings management and the board of directors. She also manages corporate governance and public company regulatory oversight and compliance. With nearly 20 years’ experience working in corporate and sustainability governance, Kendra is an experienced corporate secretary, governance professional and business strategist. She has advised boards and managed the governance function of publicly traded, private, and not-for-profit organizations through all stages of growth and in a wide variety of industries. She is the CEO and co-founder of Vancouver Corporate Solutions, a firm focused on providing exceptional governance, corporate secretarial, and strategic advice to its clients. Kendra holds an MBA and a bachelor of kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
